Train of Tastes
Lunches and dinners are available at all-inclusive prices, along with the option of just the soup, salad and dessert bar. Brunch is served on weekends, kids under 12 eat for half price and seniors get a discount along with an early bird dinner special.

Global Edibles
Town & Country’s selection varies throughout the year, although most of the items are offered consistently. The salad bar includes peel-and-eat shrimp, mussels, coleslaw and Caesar, Greek, potato, chickpea and seafood pasta salad. Popular soups are homemade beef barley and split pea. The Tex-Mex buffet supplies the opportunity to design your own hard and soft tacos with spicy beef, chili, nacho cheese sauce with tortilla chips and loads of toppings. The pasta bar features favourites like lasagna bolognaise, macaroni and cheese, rotini with alfredo sauce, spaghetti, cheese tortellini marinara and garlic bread.

Choice Cuts
There is a carving station at Town & Country with roast beef, baked ham, Yorkshire pudding, and roast turkey with stuffing and gravy. The hot buffet section highlights barbecue beef ribs, golden shrimp fritters, chow mein, meatballs with red wine mushroom sauce, vegetable spring rolls and chicken nuggets, plus shrimp with garlic green peppers, French fries, sweet or mashed potatoes, squash, sautéed zucchini, corn on the cob and mixed string beans. Desserts range from hot Belgian waffles, apple crumble and English trifle to Mandarin jello, triple chocolate fudge cake and chocolate dipped macaroons.

Tasty Treats: Kids can access the ice cream and candy shop, and build their own sweet and saucy creations.
