A Texas State of Mind
Many restaurants claim to offer a taste of the American South but few go to the lengths of Texas Longhorn Grill & Bar to ensure it happens. In order to completely enrapture patrons in all things Texan, this large, family-based establishment not only features a cactus and cattle-themed décor, but their means to create true Texan food is quite the process.

Meat, Meat, Meat
Specializing in burgers, wings, steaks and other enhanced pub fare, Texas Longhorn Grill & Bar boasts meals made in a manner otherwise unheard of in these here parts. Genuine mesquite wood is specially imported from Texas and used to cook all meals in a massive fire pit, making certain that each personally-ordered item is delivered with an unmistakably sweet and smoky flavour. Texas Longhorn Grill & Bar offers a few menu gems only seen in the movies: those who finish their Beltbulger 33-ounce rib eye steak become proud owners of t-shirt, while the Bellybuster is a whopping 72 ounces. Anyone brave/gluttonous enough to finish this monster is graced with a “Whack O’ Stuff” including an embroidered denim shirt, an engraved steak knife, a 72-ounce discount card and of course a “heapin' bellyache” to go along with the bragging rights.

A Few Other Options
Despite the hearty dinner atmosphere, Texas Longhorn Grill & Bar is also quite respected for its weekend brunches. Perfect for families not wanting to mess up the kitchen on a lazy weekend, this assortment of traditional fixin’s (as well as every other menu item) are free of artificial flavours and MSG, making the Texas attitude of fresh farm food all the more delectable.
