One heck of a buffet
A short drive from downtown Toronto, Tandoori Flame features one of the largest Indian buffets in the GTA. Providing a sprawling space to drink and feast, Tandoori Flame can accommodate up to 400 hungry patrons in both a la carte and self-service dining. Replete with six separate areas, partitioned by thatched wooden slats, all of the settings are situated close to the aromatic and extensive buffet. Indeed, a choice of 150 items are presented in various stations—from fresh fruit, soups, tava, tandoori, pakoras, desserts, and much more.

Appetizers span a variety of pakoras—gobi (cauliflower), mixed veggies, fish, and paneer are served with green chutney or tamarind sauce. Chicken tikka, seekh kebabs, pizza, and their chicken specialty—marinated in mint, spinach, yogurt, and spices—are among the options from the tandoor oven. Goat is plentiful here, and Tandoori Flame features saag goat with spinach, goat curry, and karahi goat with curried sauce and vegetables. For the vegetarians, there is various paneer options, chana masala, vegetable biryani, samosas, and okra cooked with onions and spices.
By special request
Also providing takeout and catering services, Tandoori Flame offers packages and combos to suit your budget. The standard catering package features nine items for under $10, with a choice of four curry or vegetable dishes, salad, rice, raita or dahi bhalla, naan or roti, and dessert. You can even customize your order, and if you don’t see your favourite dish on the menu, the folks at Tandoori Flame take requests. Combo platters also allow you to mix and match three vegetable or curry plates, with salad, dessert, bread, and raita.
