Les Truffes are filled with chocolate, Amaretto, Cointreau, cognac, champagne and more; white and milk chocolate truffles are made with a praline base, caramel, gianduja, coffee, walnuts, chestnuts, pralines, pistachios and beyond. Specialties include chocolate squares, marzipans, fruit jellies, chocolate candies and liqueurs.
