Ice Cream Every Way Imaginable
Two full pages of the menu at Sicilian Sidewalk Café is devoted to all things cool and creamy. From ice cream stuffed crepes and topped waffles, to elaborate sundaes and tarfuti, and even your standard couple of scoops in a bowl, you’ll find it all. Ice cream is available in several flavours including a few Italian flavours like nocciola (hazelnut) and zabajone (which tastes like egg nog) as well as mint chocolate chip, banana, and all the standards. For the biggest bang for your buck, check out the waffles and crepes, which include two giant scoops of the good stuff and toppings like raspberry sauce, baked apples, strawberries, and white chocolate chips. Best of all, these giant creations only a little bit more than the ice cream by itself. Or, if you’re looking for something with a little kick, try an iced moccachino (chocolate ice cream with espresso) or tarfuto pazzo (your choice of tarfuto smothered with espresso).
“Real Food” Too
Though primarily known for desserts and coffee, the Sicilian Sidewalk Café also serves a full menu of hot and cold panini like chicken cutlet, procsiutto, and tuna, as well as soups and salads. Breakfast is available.
