After-Work Drinking
Conceived by the club maestros who brought us My Apartment, this upscale establishment looks more like My Mansion. With high cathedral ceilings, elegant chandeliers and smooth hardwood floors, the club is certainly posh, but it also attracts casual clubbers with its cheap drink nights. The night spot’s exterior façade is misleading, tucked down a dark side street with no sign and two modest wooden doors.

Schmoozing and Cruising
The club attracts a crop of 20- and 30-somethings in trendy designer gear. Red roses and floating candles add to the spot’s exotic private club feel. Huge mirrors along the walls on the lower floor reflect the cruising dancers, while two VIP rooms service the lounging crowd. The club has two stacked bars, where the ‘tenders serve the usual suspects as well as 12 themed martinis.

Gourmet Food and Drink
Schmooze is a popular getaway for after-work drinks and they feature dirt cheap cocktails on Friday nights. The dress code is generally casual chic and they offer a menu of gourmet finger foods, like shrimp and mango skewers, four cheese pizza and chicken shawarma. The club welcomes resident DJs Gene King and Jeff Caldwell on Friday and Saturday nights respectively. The club becomes a venue for special events like corporate functions during the rest of the week.
