It has kept the modest restaurant operating at the corner of Parliament Street and Wellesley Avenue since 1990. Seating 32 indoors and with patios in both the front and rear, Rashnaa is as comfortable and ambient as it is renowned for its dishes.

Understanding the confines of a strict diet, no meals at Rashnaa are prepared with flour or meat stock. Vegetarian dishes use no egg, supplemented by Ghee (clarified butter) only when absolutely called for. In term of entrees, this means a variety of vegetable curries including potato, cashew and kalia. Meat eaters may enjoy shrimp, fish, squid, butter chicken, chili chicken or mutton.
