Thinly sliced veal, encrusted goat cheese, sardine fillet, salmon tartar and lamb skewers are other meal-starting choices. Creative pasta options include the sautéed orecchiette, homemade fettuccine and sautéed agnolotti. Risottos are made with pumpkin, roasted beet and a combination of calamari, mussels and black tiger shrimp in a tomato sauce. For the main entrées, there’s grilled chicken supreme, veal involtini, black maple glazed pork tenderloin, Merlot-braised New Zealand lamb shank, pan-seared Alberta beef tenderloin or pan-seared Atlantic salmon, plus the daily fish catch.
