100% Pure Burger Joint
For those in the Bloor West Village who like their burgers, the destination is surely Magic Spot Grill. Small by most comparisons, at 40 seats inside, and with a self-serve/pick-up-your-own-order cafeteria model, Magic Spot Burgers is a no fuss alternative to traditional family dining. Nevertheless, it offers the comfort of knowing that though your food may be fast, it is also well made and fresh.

100% Beef
Magic Spot Burgers is definitely not a fast food joint. With 100% pure charbroiled beef burgers and a menu that also includes souvlaki, thick cut fries and salads, Magic Spot proves itself as a quality place to get classic meal choices. The souvlaki is offered with either chicken or pork, and the Greek references don’t end there—the Magic Spot’s specialty is their best-selling Greek salad, complete with fresh Greek feta. If something heartier is necessary for dinner, check out the steak and chicken breast sandwiches.

100% Magic
While the burgers are huge and delicious, the restaurant’s real selling point is the laid-back, family-friendly environment. Magic Spot is noticeable from the street due to a 50’s style sign lined with light bulbs, and it’s located across from Royal York station. The real accessibility, however, comes courtesy of the helpful, easygoing staff. The room they serve in features a neutral palate and wooden tables. In the summer, the front wall of the restaurant “magically” comes off, and opens up onto a small patio, perfect for watching the activity on Bloor.
