Wines at Langolino can be paired with appetizers like steamed P.E.I. mussels, escargots, calamari marinara, shrimp mignonette, roasted red peppers and slices of smoked salmon. Bruschetta, garlic bread and a bowl of olives, or an antipasto platter of sliced meats and cheese, are also available for consumption between sips. Salad choices include Caprese, Ceasar or warm mushroom mixes, or roasted green vegetables, each available with grilled chicken or shrimp.
Couscous Royale
The pasta choices at Langolino include penne sausage, linguine with mussels, shrimp and calamari or grilled vegetables and fettucine with chicken or a creamy Parmesan sauce. Tortellini comes stuffed with ricotta cheese and the potato gnocchi is made with a tomato cream sauce. Meat entrées range from grilled chicken breast or Atlantic salmon filet to grilled New York striploin and veal scallopine. A house specialty is the Couscous Royale, mixed up with chicken, lamb and vegetables, a dish that requires 24 hours notice in order to prepare.
