For hardcore music lovers, The Guvernment’s Kool Haus is the place to see and well-known bands and international DJs that come to perform on its massive stage. No matter where you’re standing in this 27,000 square foot venue, the intimate vibe will make you feel like you’re centre stage.
Hard to Copy
With six bars, four large video screens and lots of comfortable lounge seating, Kool Haus has established itself as one of the most popular live concert venues in Toronto. Located in the Guvernment Night Club, the Kool Haus has captured an intimate yet laid-back vibe that many other concert halls try to copy but can’t capture. Artists such as Cold Play, No Doubt, Metallica and Bob Dylan are just a few of the performers that have played here live.
Good from Every Position
As you watch your favourite bands perform, a full-colour laser system flashes around the massive dance floor. A state-of-the-art sound system ensures that no matter where you’re standing, the music will always be clear. Take a breather and head to the rooftop patio complete with comfortable seating. Tickets to the concerts and special events sell out quickly so don’t wait to long before buying yours. Most of the concerts and events are open to those who are 19 years and over, however, there are occasionally all-ages events happening. Depending on the night, you may need to pay a cover to get into the other rooms at The Guvernment.
