Mansion Restaurant
What is most famously known as the Robert Simpson mansion presently attracts a mixed crowd looking for a fine dining experience. The owner, who previously managed a slew of pubs and bars, wants his customers to feel at home by relaxing in the carpeted main dining room. Similar to the now-extinct Gooderham House nearby, which was a converted historic home, this is the place to be seen if you’re over 30 and drive a nice car.

Tons of Space
A private dining room for 30 is available upstairs for functions or business meetings. For a more romantic night out, Fuzion has a private nook cozy enough for two overlooking the 3,000 square-foot property’s exquisite courtyard. A 70-seat lounge is also located on the second floor. And guaranteed you’ll never run shy of alcohol with three bars located throughout BOTH levels. The main room can hold 40 with an additional 50 dining in the courtyard. There is also a flirt bar nearby, which seats 20.

Celebs in the House
Fuzion is also home to celebrity executive chef, Patrick Wiese, who has worked for Oprah Winfrey. Signature dishes include a lamb appetizer and a Quail Foie Gras stuffed. Bread is freshly made on premises. The restaurant also touts an extensive wine list boldly composed of Australian and Californian wines. The restaurant opened on Dec. 1, 2006 after extensive remodeling. The manager attests that customers love the space, food, and the courtyard so much that in fact, nearby hotels are sending guests over.
