A Natural Setting
The Estates of Sunnybrook offer a beautiful, natural setting where corporate functions or other social gatherings can be held. The three buildings were originally residential homes that were gradually converted to clinical facilities for Sunnybrook Hospital. They have since been restored to today’s standards and used for functions. All proceeds from rentals go towards funding medical research at Sunnybrook Hospital. The grounds hold 40 acres of beautifully manicured lawns, English gardens and mature trees.
A Wide Range Of Spaces
The smallest venue, the Coach House, is perfect for intimate settings and cozy parties. It has airy French doors framed by trees and an interior with a fresh, yet classic feeling. The McLean House was built in 1928. This Georgian-style fieldstone manor has a distinctive and breathtaking feature – its lovely garden, designed by landscape architect Gordon Culham. The McLean House’s interior is informed by classic shapes, framed with dark wood moldings and has a grand stairway for dramatic entrances and exits. The Vaughan Estate, erected in 1931, has a modest Tudor façade. The largest venue of the three, it features stone cobbled pathways, gardens and a light and airy Sun Room with comfortable couches and gorgeous ferns.

The Estates have partnered up with Summit Training & Development to offer a series of corporate leadership and teamwork seminars.
