Offering more options than one could possibly imagine, the menu at Ichiban Sushi is familiar, yet seemingly endless. Everything from appetizers such as soups and salads to tempura, vegetarian and sushi, sashimi, bento boxes, combination platters, a-la-carte choices, maki sushi, u-don, nabe mono, donburi, main dishes, group diners and desserts can make the head spin. Yet thanks to those wonderfully trained (and quite experienced) staff, the right choice is never too far away.
