Due to its large-sized patio, Capitol often booms with business in the summer, and the restaurant remains open until the wee hours of the night. Reservations are also highly recommended during the day, as patrons take their time soaking in the picturesque view from the patio. This trattoria also hosts private parties, which is another good reason to call ahead, as the restaurant will then be closed to the public.
