Café Pleiade caries an extensive lunch and dinner menu, for the most part containing Continental dishes with a French flare. The chef’s forte is the impossible-to-duplicate sauces that accompany a long list of entrées, among them grilled lamb chops, pork loin steak and filet of snapper. A dessert display case always hosts an alluring display of sinful ways to cap off the meal, and a guest would do well to spend a few extra dollars and indulge in one of the well-chosen high-end wines that the Café Pleiade offers its patrons.
