Foodies can’t get enough of Bon Vivant Restaurant and for good reason. This casual family-friendly hotspot serves up some of the city’s most innovative dishes that surprisingly don’t hurt your wallet. Succulent meat dishes topped with delicate sauces and gourmet salads loaded with flavour are as good as it gets. Get ready for a culinary adventure that is second to none!
Bon Vivant’s medium sized menu features eye catching dishes that push the boundaries on style and presentation. Each dish arrives out of the picky kitchen resembling a mini masterpiece. On the apps menu discover leafy salads loaded with Portobello mushrooms, grape tomatoes and red peppers. For a taste of summer try the mandarin salad loaded with pecans and organic greens with a zesty orange dressing. Thick slices of goat cheese with toasted almonds and maple glazed eggplant chutney hit the spot. Same with the homemade foccacia topped with sautéed onions, walnuts and blue cheese. Caramelized onion soup loaded with white wine and melted Swiss cheese completes a fantastic starter’s menu.
It is about Thyme
Exotic flavours and decadent extras take this restaurant’s dishes to another level of sophistication. Savour grilled chicken breast topped with a creamy goat cheese and asparagus sauce. Or how about the lamb tenderloin coated in thyme and peppercorns and served with blueberry chutney? Fresh pastas are prepared to order with your choice of sauce. A handful of fish dishes such as the pecan breaded tilapia and cider-poached salmon are expertly prepared. Carnivorous diners are in luck here thanks to the tasty honey-Dijon glazed chicken and the espresso breaded chicken breast topped with a Kahlua-cream sauce. Can you say delicious?
