Since 1994, BBQ Gourmet has been a traveling act, catering to events across the G.T.A. while spreading joy through their sumptuous feasts. Specializing in traditional barbeque from the south, the fare is mouth-watering, stomach-growling, tender and juicy. We all know that aroma of slow-smoked flavour that only the fire pit can arouse, bringing with it the sense of summertime and the memories of family and friends. BBQ Gourmet will do all the hard work, providing on-site coordination, buffet-style cooking and serving staff, disposable tableware, tables, canopies, and all the requisite condiments and sauces.
Real BBQ
Choose from their a la carte, combo, and upscale buffet menus, each providing plenty of options depending on your preferences. Classic BBQ cuisine like hamburgers, hot dogs, sausages, steak, and salmon are available, as well as traditional sides like potato, macaroni, and bean salads. Southern specialties include Texas brisket of beef, Carolina pulled pork sandwich, St. Louis-style ribs, and spice-rubbed chicken. Food can even be prepared in the halal or kosher method, and vegetarians are well accommodated.

Being wholly mobile and self-sufficient allows BBQ Gourmet to set up shop practically anywhere. Most events are catered to at the office, in a parking lot, warehouse, backyard, or picnic site, yet indoor venues can be arranged as well.
