With 18 pool tables located in the large space, the Annex Billiards Club is often full of regulars who love to play and have been coming to the same location for years. It is really no surprise. The Annex’s rates table are rather affordable, especially in the context of the GTA. The Club features ten snooker tables and eight eight-ball tables in total. The Annex is also known for maintaining them. With space for 100 people, the Club can cater to large groups, but maintains a limit of five players per table.
Location, Location, Location
Occupying the second floor of the old Annex building, the Billiards Club has been a favourite since it opened in the early 1970s. Despite its size, the Club gives off a warm, cozy vibe. Regulars converge here to socialize, have some coffee from the gourmet espresso bar, and enjoy a round of pool with friends. Known for its inviting atmosphere, the Club keeps luring in new players who often end up becoming regulars themselves.
Pool Shark Appropriate Snacks
As you might imagine, the Billiards Club serves up quick meals, such as burgers and sandwiches. Among the favourites are the simple ham and cheese sandwiches made fresh to order. For something warm, try the chicken breast on a bun. The kitchen also offers pastries and snacks. Meanwhile, the espresso bar features all the regulars from straight-up espresso to cappuccinos and lattes.
