Simply Fresh
Alberto’s medium menu focuses on fresh ingredients and simple recipes. Sauces are made from scratch and dishes are lightly seasoned and never overpowered. On the apps menu, discover grilled calamari marinated in white wine sauce and escargot soaked in garlic butter and brandy sauce. Perfect for sharing is the bruschetta topped with tomatoes, oregano, basil, garlic, and gooey cheese.

In the summer, regulars sit on the street-facing patio to enjoy their favourite comfort food such as massive sandwiches and tasty burgers. Who can resist the homemade hamburger topped with cheese and bacon along with all the fixings? For a quick lunch, an assortment of gourmet paninis topped with salami, mortadella, and proscuitto hit the spot. An eye catching mains menu features more than 12 pasta dishes loaded with homemade sauces. Not to be missed is the fettuccini del bosco with fresh porcini mushrooms, cream sauce, mascarpone cheese and truffle oil. A variety of veal dishes are cooked every way imaginable and topped with mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, or sautéed in a white wine sauce.
